Frequently asked questions
Is it leakproof?
It is splash-proof with the strap fitted, suitable for sandwiches, salads and dry meals. Avoid carrying soups or very wet dressings — they may seep at the silicone rim under pressure.
Can I put it in the dishwasher or microwave?
No. Stainless steel should not be microwaved, and dishwasher detergents can dull the finish. We recommend a quick hand wash.
Will the silicone strap stretch over time?
The strap is made from durable food-grade silicone and is replaceable. With normal use it will keep its tension for years.
