30-day returns
You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email support@cospizo.co.uk with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging
- Send to the address provided
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the return cost and send a replacement.
12-month warranty
All COSPIZO products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Email support@cospizo.co.uk with your order number and photos and we'll sort it.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
