30-day returns
You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email support@cospizo.co.uk with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging
- Send to the address provided
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the return cost and send a replacement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email support@cospizo.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the items back.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or washed, unless they are faulty.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are governed by the terms agreed at the time of order. For wholesale returns please contact bulksale@cospizo.co.uk.
