Ordering
By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of a pricing error, fraud suspicion, or stock issue.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by our secure, PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised and we have sent an order confirmation email.
Delivery
UK delivery, dispatch times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and right to cancel
UK consumers buying online have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in addition to our 30-day returns window. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
Consumer rights
Your rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with that Act and our Returns Policy.

Wholesale orders
Wholesale and bulk orders placed via bulksale@cospizo.co.uk are governed by the bespoke terms agreed in writing at the time of order. These consumer terms do not apply to business-to-business sales.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DOORA LTD's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and jurisdiction
