Ordering
By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of a pricing error, fraud suspicion, or stock issue.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. We do not store full card details.
Warranty
All COSPIZO products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or fair wear and tear.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DOORA LTD's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
