We ship across the United Kingdom from our UK warehouse.
Shipping rates
- Standard UK delivery — £3.99 (2–4 working days)
- Free standard delivery on orders over £100
- Next-day delivery available at checkout for eligible postcodes
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracked delivery. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delays
Occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, contact support@cospizo.co.uk and we'll investigate.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some remote postcodes (including the Highlands, Islands and BFPO addresses) may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Failed or incorrect deliveries
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional shipping charge may apply.
